Get your own personal MBA without spending a fortune
I like what ChangeThis is doing - spreading out new ideas (manifestos) on PDFs for free. One manifesto which has caught my attention is the personal MBA by Josh Kaufman.

William Ury, the author of "Getting to Yes" and the Director of the Global Negotiation Project at Harvard Law School, is auctioning off his actual shoes and an interview with him on eBay from February 12 - 19, 2006.
William's shoes are, "a pair of hiking boots Bill used while hiking and walking the trails where most of his best thinking and best ideas come from."
